Description of Event
Join the Lane Electric Board of Directors and staff for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
General Manager Scott Coe and the board will present on the state of the cooperative, highlighting key projects from the past year and sharing a look ahead. We’ll also honor 2026 scholarship recipients and Member and Business Member of the Year.
Those who would like to hear from the 2026 candidates before casting their ballot will also have that opportunity. Election results will be announced at the conclusion of the meeting.
This year, we are also excited to welcome several preparedness leaders and community groups who will be tabling at the event, including:
- Oregon State Fire Marshal’s office - Learn tips to fireproof your property
- State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services - Talk with a representative to help navigate the right insurance coverage for your property
- GMRS communication - Engage with experts regarding how general mobile radio service (GMRS) can be a lifeline for families and communities in emergency events
- Food for Lane County – Show your support for Food for Lane County’s efforts to keep our families fed by bringing a non-perishable item for donation. Your contribution will directly benefit communities served by Lane Electric through FFLC’s 10 food pantries throughout our service territory.
The event will conclude with lunch catered by Hole in the Wall BBQ and a raffle. Prizes include a dual-fuel generator, Yeti cooler, and charging bank. A donation to the food drive will earn you an extra entry for the raffle.
All attendees will also receive a surprise door prize you won’t want to miss!
