APPLICABILITY

Applicable to incorporated towns, villages, and other governmental agencies for street and highway lighting requiring multiple lighting units.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

  1. The above rates apply to all existing security lights and new security lights installed on existing poles of Lane Electric. For new poles installed by Lane Electric to support or supply seStreet lighting equipment including lamps, fixtures, control and supply circuits, transformers, and additional guys and fittings will be furnished and maintained by Lane Electric. All new and replacement light installations will use energy efficient cutoff high pressure sodium luminaires meeting applicable Lane County area lighting standards. Decorative or special poles and luminaires must be approved by Lane Electric. The cost of purchase and installation of special poles and luminaires will be paid by the member before installation. Thereafter, the member will pay the standard monthly equivalent light rate.
  2. Lamp replacements will be made by Lane Electric without additional charge, except that damage to lamps and luminaries resulting from vandalism shall be charged to consumer at Lane Electric's cost as a separate item on the monthly bill for service.
  3. Luminaries will be installed on existing poles in accordance with the above charges, or new poles may be installed to serve additional areas under the rate if, in the opinion of Lane Electric the revenue will justify the additional investment required.
  4. This schedule applies to either multiple or series street lighting circuits. Lane Electric will determine the type of circuit required.
  5. Plant changes requested by the consumer after the original installation as agreed upon by both parties will be billed to the consumer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The above charges are net and are due when the bill is mailed. Service under this schedule is subject to the policies and procedures adopted by Lane Electric's board of directors.
