SPECIAL PROVISIONS
- Rates: Monthly rates provide only for delivery
of energy and associated utility costs.
- Ownership: Customers
served under this schedule are responsible for initial design,
purchase and installation costs and for all operation and maintenance
of their lighting facilities.
- Additional LEC Services: Customers
may apply for a contractual agreement between the customer
and LEC to provide for design, installation, operation and
maintenance services. Charges to the customer for such services
shall be based on actual cost of materials, labor and equipment
plus appropriate overhead and administrative costs.
- Restrictions:
Customer owned lighting systems shall not be installed or modified
by the customer when located on LEC owned facilities.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above charges are net and are due when the
bill is mailed. Service under this schedule is subject to the
policies and procedures adopted by Lane Electric's board of directors.
