APPLICABILITY

Applicable to permanent residential, farm or commercial customers of Lane Electric Cooperative.

MONTHLY RATE

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. The above rates apply to all existing security lights and new security lights installed on existing poles of Lane Electric. For new poles installed by Lane Electric to support or supply security lights, the above rates will be increased by a monthly charge of $1.50 per pole or as indicated in a contract between Lane Electric and the member. All new and replacement light installations will use energy efficient cutoff high pressure sodium luminaires meeting applicable Lane County area lighting standards. Requests for special poles and luminaires will be addressed on a case by case basis.
2. To receive a security light, the property owner will be obligated to pay the applicable rate for a minimum of one (1) year.
3. The monthly rate includes the installation and maintenance of security lights including electric energy consumed.
4. Maintenance shall be done during regular working hours and at the discretion of Lane Electric.
5. Service under this schedule is subject to the general terms and conditions adopted by Lane Electric's board of directors.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The above charges are net and are due when the bill is mailed. Service under this schedule is subject to the policies and procedures adopted by Lane Electric's board of directors.
