APPLICABILITY
Applicable to all Lane Electric Cooperative consumers
for separately metered service to be used solely for irrigation
pumping from April through October, inclusive; subject to the
established rules and regulations of Lane Electric.

Hertz, at available secondary voltages.

DETERMINATION OF HORSEPOWER
Horsepower (HP) shall be defined as the manufacturer's
nameplate HP rating. Whenever, upon test, any motor is found
to require more than its nameplate rating, Lane Electric may
base the monthly charge and demand charge upon the motor's requirements
as calculated from a test.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above charges are net and are due when bill
is mailed. Service under this schedule is subject to the policies
and procedures adopted by Lane Electric's board of directors.
